Breast of Creedy Carver duck, cooked pink, sage & juniper gravy

Please note that the above menu is an indication of the dishes featured on the menu. The menu is changed on a daily basis and takes in to consideration any dietary requiremtents, food allergies or dislikes. We check what we are planning with you and alternatives can be arranged as necessary. 

Each day we cook a single market menu – this lets us serve only freshly prepared, prime organically grown & locally sourced ingredients. Alternatives can be arranged but please let us know in advance if there are any dietary requirements we should allow for. Special diets are willingly catered for, espicially vegetarians, vegans and those who are gluten/wheat free and/or dairy free.  In 2014 we were assessed for Gluten-Free accreditation from Coeliac UK.
