At Percy's Country Hotel and Restaurant, we strive to accommodate most diets, especially lactose, dairy, wheat and gluten-free. Our offering of cakes and/or biscuits on arrival in our rooms are all made without dairy, wheat or gluten and are delicious and mouth-watering. For our dinner menu we take the utmost care to accommodate your needs and exercise due diligence at every step of the way to ensure that not only your meal ingredients are suitable for you but that there is no cross-contamination whatsoever. All soups, sauces and gravies are made tailored for you, as is the pastry for the desserts. We have been cooking for coeliacs since way back in 1988 and have heard many sad tales along the way, so we can assure you that we know what we are doing!

If you have recently been diagnosed or would like a few new ideas and recipes to add to your repetoire or would simply like to troubleshoot an existing problem, get a party of 8 together and arrange a morning of demonstrations and discussion followed by a light (gluten and wheat-free) lunch with a glass of wine, or soft drink for just £50 per person.
