TINA’S COOKERY WORKSHOPS

Devon's top female chef, Tina Bricknell-Webb offers a number of cookery, baking and butchery workshops throughout the year giving you the chance to cook with the seasons.

All of Tina’s courses are designed to be hands-on, informative and fun with each course spread over two mornings. The underlying philosophy is to utilise seasonal ingredients and as far as possible those produced on the organically managed Coombeshead Estate or sourced locally.

IT'S EASIER THAN YOU THINK

PERSONAL TUITION WITH EVERYTHING EXPLAINED

ALL COURSES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Two mornings each of four hours tuition followed by a two course lunch each day
  • Easy-to-accomplish recipes will be demonstrated using great ingredients
  • Each person will have the opportunity to have some hands-on experience. Knives and aprons will be provided for the duration of the course

We like to share a glass of wine with you for lunch, carefully chosen to compliment the dish and to discuss the highlights of the morning. In addition, wine is available to buy on the day.
