The apple juice is produced from our own organically managed apple orchards. The bacon and ham is home-cured from our own woodland-reared large black pigs. The faggotts are made here at Percy's with either lamb or pork offal, homemade bread and fresh rosemary or sage. During the summer months the tomatoes are home grown. The eggs are produced for us by a neighbour in the village. Herbs, potatoes and vegetables are home grown. Bread is made on the premises using organic West Country milled flours from Doves Farm. Gluten-free wholegrain bread is made using flour created by Vicki Montague from the Free From Fairy Organic breakfast cereals, teas and other dry goods are supplied by Essential Trading in Bristol.
