Tina’s cookery workshops

All of our courses are designed to be as beneficial and fun for you as possible. Each course lasts two mornings and different courses are run throughout the year, giving you the chance to cook with the seasons.
Our philosophy is to utilise seasonal ingredients and, as far as possible those produced or hunted on our organically-certified Estate or sourced in the surrounding area. We believe the deer nibbling on our Estate are best appreciated in the kitchen! How can you be more local than that?

These courses are popular, so make sure you book ahead! New courses will be announced on the website regularly. If you are interested in a bespoke workshop and can muster a party of four or more, please feel free to contact us with your request.

The cookery courses make fantastic gifts. Just call or email us the details of the recipient and they will be sent a personalised voucher.

Each course is limited to 8 people so that everybody can see what is going on and ask questions.

All courses will include the following:

Two mornings of four hours of tuition and a two course lunch each day. We like to share a glass of wine with you for lunch, carefully chosen to compliment the dish. In addition to that, wine is available to buy on the day.

Easy-to-accomplish recipes will be demonstrated using great ingredients.

Each person will have the opportunity to have some hands-on experience. Knives (plasters) and aprons will be provided for the duration of the course.
