Weddings at Percy’s Country Hotel

Weddings at Percy’s are romantic, special and totally bespoke.  Your needs are catered for whether you would like a brief ceremony or one with all the trimmings.  We can provide a horse and carriage to take you to the local church for a blessing and then whisk you straight back to base to start the celebrations, or we can arrange for you to fly in by helicopter, which can set down adjacent to the marquee.  From twenty to two hundred we are happy to talk you through your requirements and send you a quotation.  To enquire about availability, please telephone Tina on 07739 402329.  Exclusive use of the hotel’s seven bedrooms is £1250 per night for one night or £1000 per night for two nights or more.
 
Venue Hire
 
The venue hire charge is £1500.00.  This includes ground rent for the marquee for up to two days either side of the event for setting up/clearing down, single and three-phase electricity for providing services to the marquee.  It also includes use of all the public rooms in the main restaurant building including toilets and cloakroom and a manned bar.  Hire of glasses, napkins, plates, coffee cups & saucers and cutlery are included, although any breakages will be charged for at cost.
Included is the cost of any time spent by staff or management liasing with the marquee hire company and cleaning up the marquee site after the event.
 
The cost of the hire of the room where the civil ceremony is to take place is included.
For weddings without a marquee requirement, the room hire cost for the civil ceremony is £500.
