The faggotts are made here at Percy's with either lamb or pork offal, organic homemade bread and fresh rosemary or sage.

During the summer months the tomatoes are home grown.

The organic eggs, goose, duck or chicken, depending on the time of year are all home produced. The goose is and Ebden X, the ducks are Indian Runner and the chickens are Black and Plymouth Rock and were reared just a mile down the road. www.organicpullets.co.uk G5220
