With both Devon’s Dartmoor National Park and Devon and Cornwall’s spectacular coastline close at hand (equal jewels in England’s crown), you can explore the breathtaking scenery and miles of walking that both Dartmoor are the Coast path have to offer. Why not take an excursion to explore some of the stunning beauty along the 630-mile coast path where the heritage, wildlife and rock formations are truly inspirational or perhaps immerse yourselves in the wild glory of Dartmoor National Park where each walk will offer you new experiences.  If you prefer to cycle, you can hire a bike and venture between a great selection of pubs on the Granite Way near Okehampton.  Alternatively, there are plenty of gardens to visit - many of them hidden gems or there are of course plenty of National Trust properties to visit throughout the South West.  When the day is done, return to base to avail yourselves of the hospitality on which we pride ourselves here at Percy’s Country Hotel.  Enjoy a fabulous award-winning meal in Percy’s restaurant cooked by resident lady chef Tina Bricknell-Webb, and let the pressures of everyday life dissipate as you relax after dinner in front of a glowing fire.
