Percy's Hotel - What the Guests say...

Staying at Percy's is a whole experience. I stayed with my 12 year old son and we had such a fabulous time feeding the piglets, grooming the giant pigs, playing with the dogs and walking around the vast expanse of estate. We saw a lamb that had just been born and was escorted by the delightful owners who were so friendly and accommodating. The suites were immaculate and pandered to our every need, even providing wellies of every size! The organic gastro-experience was outstanding. Superb food at both dinner and breakfast - an experience not to be missed. Thank-you !
What a fantastic place. We had read good reviews on the website when we booked but our experience surpassed even these. We were warmly welcomed; room was lovely (although a little warm). Our meal was superb (I am still recovering from the desserts!) and the service second to none. After a lovely breakfast, the hotel dogs took us for a walk around the estate. We stayed 1 night and felt like we had had a week's break. We have already booked to go back and would have no hesitation in recommending Percy's
The whole experience of our stay at Percy's was, quite simply, fantastic. From the moment we arrived we knew we were in for something very special and we were not disappointed. The spacious accommodation, with a king-size bed, was very luxurious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was magnificent and served by the owner, Tony, and cooked by his wife, Tina. The highlights of the mouth-watering menus included: home-reared organic lamb and pork, fresh fish from the market at Looe, all served with vegetables and herbs straight from the garden outside the door. We felt very welcome and were given the full run of this remarkable organically run estate. What a relaxing time we had. We have now started a Percy's fund- this is going to be our secret getaway, we can't wait to return.
The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, really deserving its awards, and much of the raw materials were home produced on the farm too. As part of a working organic farm, the hotel was unusual and special. The farm dogs were definitely good ambassadors - always willing to show you the best walks (wellies are available on loan).
This place is a delight. We only stayed one night but it felt much longer; we both came away refreshed, a great place. The food is sublime and leaves you feeling good (no salts and fats added). You can burn off any extra calories walking around the 130-acre estate. A wonderful place.
