The organic apple juice is produced from our own apple orchard.                                                                                           The bacon and ham is home-cured from our own organic large black pigs. www.percys.co.uk G7834 The faggotts are made here at Percy's with either lamb or pork offal, organic homemade bread and fresh rosemary or sage. During the summer months the tomatoes are home grown. The organic eggs, goose, duck or chicken, depending on the time of year are all home produced.
