COOMBESHEAD ESTATE STUD RACEHORSE SYNDICATION

Following our successful syndication of PercysLavenderBlue (who is now in training and about to make her racecourse debut in the middle of May), we are happy to announce the arrival of Percys Corismatic, a bay filly, who is to be syndicated to go into training in November 2007 with Rod Millman in Cullompton. She is by Systematic, winner of £231,132.00 in prize money out of a Be My Guest Mare called Corisa.

We have high hopes for Percys Corismatic, and as you can see, with good reason. She is growing into a classy athletic yearling, with a bit of the attitude and fight that you need in fillies to stand up against the colts.

Percy'sCorismatic is being offered to shareholders because we think she has got what it takes to provide action and enjoyment on the race track as a two year old, as well as residual value as a potential broodmare later.

We are offering 10 shares in Percy'sCorismatic. A smaller syndicate will help shareholders to feel part of the team, and enable us at Percy's to accommodate the whole Syndicate once a year for our annual meeting. tol be held in November beginning in 2007, and your share in the horse will include a nights stay, a gourmet dinner with wine, as well as the chance to view the horses on the Estate and discuss future plans for PercysCorismatic.

Unlike some syndicates each shareholder will own a share in the horse, not lease it. Coombeshead Estate Stud Flat Racehorse Syndication will be registered with Weatherby's, and the horse will be insured.

Members will be kept fully informed and involved in the progress of their horse on an ongoing basis. Visits to see your horse train will be arranged throughout the year, as well as invitation to the trainers annual open day.

Badges will be available for all shareholders on race days, and Percy's may provide hospitality at bigger race meets.

Shares for PercysCorismatic are available now and are secured with an initial payment of £600. This will include all keep, training and vets bills until she is placed with a trainer on 1st November 2007. The cost therafter will be £183 per month, fully inclusive of all training, gallop and vets fees.
